iDigitalStock – End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 Governing Law: State of Michigan, USA

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement,” “License,” or “EULA”) is a legal contract between you (“Licensee,” “you,” or “your”) and iDigitalStock (“iDigitalStock ,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, purchasing, or using any image, vector, video, or other media (“Content”) from IDigitalStock.com, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not download or use any Content.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase or download, iDigitalStock grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to use the Content in accordance with this Agreement.

This License allows you to use Content for:

• Commercial and personal projects
• Websites, blogs, social media, and digital ads
• Print materials (brochures, packaging, merchandise)
• Video productions, presentations, and educational materials
• Apps, software interfaces, and digital products

Unless otherwise stated, this is a royalty‑free license — you pay once and use the Content within the permitted scope without additional fees.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use Content for:

• Marketing and promotional materials
• Editorial use (blogs, news articles, commentary)
• Business branding (excluding logos/trademarks)
• Digital and print publications
• Film, TV, and online video
• Social media posts and advertising
• Website design and UI/UX elements
• Product packaging and physical goods (limited runs unless extended license is purchased)

You may modify, crop, overlay, or combine Content with other creative elements.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share Content “as‑is”
• Use Content in logos, trademarks, or brand identity without an extended license
• Claim ownership of the original Content
• Use Content in a defamatory, obscene, hateful, or unlawful manner
• Use Content in a way that suggests endorsement by a person or brand depicted
• Create a competing stock media library or AI training dataset
• Use Content in NFT collections or blockchain‑based assets
• Allow third parties to download or extract Content from your product or platform

If you need broader rights, iDigitalStock can provide extended or custom licensing.

4. AI‑Related Usage (2026 Standards)

To protect contributors and maintain licensing integrity:

You may not:

• Upload Content to AI training datasets
• Use Content to train, refine, or improve machine learning models
• Use Content in generative AI systems that output derivative stock media
• Use Content in automated scraping or dataset aggregation tools

You may:

• Use Content in AI‑assisted design tools (e.g., Photoshop generative fill)
• Use Content in AI‑enhanced video or photo editing workflows
• Use Content in AI‑powered marketing or creative tools, provided the Content itself is not used as training data

5. Ownership

All Content remains the exclusive property of iDigitalStock or its contributors. You receive a license to use the Content — you do not own the Content itself.

6. Attribution

Attribution is not required for commercial use but is appreciated when possible.

For editorial use, attribution may be required depending on the context.

7. Restrictions on Sharing

You may not:

• Share Content with clients, contractors, or partners unless they are working on your project
• Upload Content to file‑sharing platforms
• Store Content in publicly accessible repositories

If a third party needs access, they must purchase their own license unless covered under your project agreement.

8. Termination

This License terminates automatically if:

• You violate any part of this Agreement
• You misuse Content in a prohibited manner
• You attempt to redistribute or resell Content

Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Content.

Past lawful uses remain valid.

9. Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds may be issued only in cases of:

• Duplicate purchases
• Technical defects in the Content
• Incorrect file delivery

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• iDigitalStock is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Your sole remedy for defective Content is replacement or refund
• iDigitalStock does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iDigitalStock , its contributors, employees, and partners from any claims arising from:

• Your misuse of Content
• Your violation of this Agreement
• Your infringement of third‑party rights

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Michigan.

13. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and iDigitalStock regarding Content licensing.

If translated versions conflict, the English version prevails.
