These guidelines explain how iDigitalStock content may and may not be used in AI‑related workflows. Our goal is to support creative innovation while protecting contributors, customers, and intellectual property.

Allowed AI‑Assisted Use

You may use iDigitalStock content within AI‑assisted creative tools as long as the content itself is not used to train or build AI systems. Examples of permitted use include:

• Using images in AI‑powered design tools (e.g., layout suggestions, color matching)
• Applying AI‑based filters, enhancements, or retouching
• Using AI tools for resizing, background removal, or stylistic adjustments
• Incorporating licensed content into AI‑assisted video or photo editing workflows

These uses are allowed because the content remains part of your creative project and is not repurposed for machine learning.

Prohibited AI Use

To protect contributors and comply with intellectual property standards, the following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Using iDigitalStock content to train, refine, or improve AI or machine learning models
• Uploading content to datasets intended for generative AI systems
• Using content to create derivative datasets or embeddings
• Allowing third‑party AI systems to ingest or learn from the content
• Using content in tools that claim ownership or rights over uploaded assets

These restrictions apply to all images, vectors, videos, and metadata available on iDigitalStock.

AI‑Generated Derivatives

AI‑generated outputs that are based on or influenced by iDigitalStock content may be subject to licensing rules. If the original content is recognizable or materially influences the output, the resulting work may still require a valid license.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that AI‑generated derivatives do not infringe on contributor rights.

Commercial Use & Compliance

If you use AI tools in your workflow, you must ensure that:

• Your final output complies with the iDigitalStock EULA
• You do not misrepresent AI‑generated or AI‑modified content as original photography
• You follow all applicable laws regarding AI disclosure and transparency
• You maintain records of your creative process when required by law or platform policy
